Product Warranty Information
Every item in our product line has been carefully selected to meet your highest expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you ordered for any reason, you may return it for a refund or exchange within thirty (30) days after you receive it. Videotapes, DVDs and computer software are not returnable once they have been opened unless defective. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
In the event that 30 days have passed from the date of shipment, you are advised to follow the instructions for repair service. You will need to have a copy of the invoice or packing slip showing the date you purchased the product from Animal Capture Equipment, Inc.
RETURN POLICY
When you receive your merchandise, please do not write on the product packaging, or damage the box or product in any way until you know that your product works and that you want to keep it.
Our 30 day money-back guarantee (for general products) means as much to us as it does to you. Our goal is for our customers to be 100% satisfied. However, if you need to return an item within 30 days, the product must be sent back in ORIGINAL “LIKE NEW” CONDITION packaged in the ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER’S BOX, or you will be charged a restocking fee (15%). Returning items in original condition will help keep future costs lower for our customers.
Merchandise must be returned to Animal Capture Equipment, Inc. within fourteen (14) days after an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is issued. Items that are received after fourteen (14) days from the date an RMA number is issued will not be eligible for credit or exchange, they will be eligible for repair only.

for a Return Merchandise Authorization (R.M.A.). Repack the merchandise carefully and in original condition. Include any instruction manuals, etc. Wrap the box in brown paper so the original box is unaltered. Send the merchandise, packing slip and completed returns form prepaid and insured to:

Returns will NOT be accepted after thirty (30) days from the date of shipment unless an RMA is approved. In the event that 30 days pass from the date of shipment, you are advised to call us. The return item must be in the original carton and in “like new” condition, with all parts, instruction manuals, and R.M.A. included, to receive a refund. An exchange or in-store credit will be issued if this criteria is not met. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Special order purchases, custom ordered products, and computer disks and software are not refundable unless defective. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for returns/exchanges. |
